Sydney Johnson '23 capped her UNCW career by receiving the Pat Leonard Senior Medallion Award. A film studies major, dance team member and three-year student worker with the Division for University Advancement communications team, Johnson excelled across campus. She had her animated short film “alone” debut at Cucalorus and show at the UPTILT Film Fest. This spring, she completed a post-production internship with Lighthouse Films after interning with Trailblazer Studios during the summer. In her latest Hawk's Eye View video, she reflects on her Seahawk experience.
