Homecoming is just days away and we can't wait to celebrate with the hundreds of Seahawks selling out our signature events! Registration is still open for favorite return events like the Champagne Brunch and AAGA Homecoming Brunch, along with new events, including the Seahawk Sun Run and Homecoming Kickoff in downtown Wilmington. While catching up with friends and reminiscing, take advantage of these limited-time alumni-owned business specials.

The largest and most ambitious campaign in UNCW history, Like No Other: The Campaign for UNCW, surpassed its $125 million stretch goal after hitting its initial $100 million target in September 2022. UNCW has raised more than $128 million to date from more than 32,000 donors, including nearly 72,000 gifts from alumni, since the campaign launched in 2015. We will continue to build upon this momentum through Homecoming 2024 and Seahawks Give, officially concluding the campaign at the end of the academic year.

Hip-hop has been used to channel peoples’ voices since its founding 50 years ago. An initiative launched by the UNCW Office of the Arts tapped into the genre to help D.C. Virgo Preparatory Academy develop a curriculum for healing.
